To be completed by the applicant’s supervisor where he/she was employed and submitted directly to the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) Foundation. This reference must be received by February 13, 2012 in order to be considered.

This information is collected under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP). It is needed to evaluate the applicant for a post-graduate or undergraduate award.
